NVS MIDAS...

a solid investment in GOLD.

Get to Know Our Stallion

NVS MIDAS is a buckskin Morgan Stallion that is truly one of a kind for more than one reason! MIDAS has a golden pedigree filled with rich Morgan history. MIDAS’ sire is Sunup Neptune (Sunup Shenandoah X Goldie Zephyr) ranked #1 stallion of the year in 1995 by the Morgan Horse Registry. MIDAS’s dam was my top brood mare and, in her bloodlines, run famous Morgans such as Dapper Dan, Antman, Green Meads Richmond and California King. MIDAS’ pedigree stands for itself.

MIDAS is not only bred well but is as gentle as a kitten. His manners and disposition are a delight to work with. He has perfect ground manners and has not problem being ridden in a group of mare and remaining a gentlemen. I’ve seen him playing gently with his foals; even letting them jump on his back. He has consistently passed this wonderful disposition on to his babies.

MIDAS is extremely intelligent. Lynne Guarino of Carousel Farms, who is an “L”, program graduate. Lynne is helping us master 4th Level Western Dressage. We have also been dabbling again in Reining and Ranch Riding, with the help of Working Cow Horse Trainer, Terrill Heaton. MIDAS has Regional, National and a World Championship in Western Pleasure, Arena Trail, Reining, Classical, Western and Cowboy Dressage. MIDAS takes everything in stride and is a joy to work with.

MIDAS has also produced consistently fine foals that are stamped with his wonderful disposition, chiseled head, conformation, Morgan type and color.

If you can’t tell by now, MIDAS is the love of my life! A horse that only comes around once in a lifetime!
